Bend Village Resort | Bend, OR

SZABO led the team on site design for the exciting new mixed-use development Bend Village, which overlooks the Deschutes River Southern Crossing and Farewell Bend Park.  The development will include ground-level retail and commercial spaces, high-end condominiums, and two signature hotels. 

The development focuses on a pedestrian experience by creating vibrant streetscapes, breakout plaza areas, overlook seating nooks, firepits, site furnishings, and limiting vehicular circulation and on-street parking.  Two hotels will anchor the site with restaurants, event spaces and outdoor amenities at the ground level.  SZABO has helped guide the design team from initial site planning through final site furnishing selections to help create this prominent new development.
