Towerview Residence is a mountain-modern retreat carefully sited to frame long views of Mt. Jefferson from the moment of entry through the primary living spaces. A dedicated motor court separates guest arrival from everyday garage use, and a water feature with a stone bridge establishes a strong sense of approach and welcome.

Across the rear of the home, a series of stepped terraces organizes outdoor living into distinct “rooms,” including a fire pit lounge, outdoor kitchen and dining terrace, and a lower pool level. Raised planters, seatwalls, and low divider walls define these spaces, creating intimacy while preserving panoramic views. A generous lawn supports flexible play space for a growing family and softens the transition between hardscape and the broader site.
Planting emphasizes mostly native species, reinforcing the connection to the Central Oregon landscape and visually tying the residence back into its surroundings. A calibrated mix of natural stone and manufactured pavers provides textural contrast, durable circulation, and clear edges between each terrace and use area.
