SZABO Landscape Architecture approached the Kendall Porsche & Audi dealership as a branded forecourt, where the landscape frames and complements the vehicles on display. The design organizes street frontage and parking‑lot edges into clean, modern planting bands that satisfy city requirements for streetscape improvements without using too high‑maintenance lawn. Low-water-use species and durable groundcovers reduce irrigation demand and upkeep, aligning the site with contemporary sustainability expectations for commercial corridors.

Strict corporate guidelines shaped every aspect of the planting strategy, including height limits under 24 inches and a tightly controlled palette of greens and whites with minimal, discreet flowering. Within those constraints, SZABO developed a meticulously composed mix of textures and forms that keeps sightlines open to the showroom and inventory while still delivering visual interest throughout the year. Subtle shifts in foliage color, leaf size, and seasonal variation provide depth and rhythm across the site, creating a refined foreground that complements the architecture and emphasizes the sleek lines of the luxury cars.
