We’re excited to share our historic renovation of a Tudor-style home near downtown Bend. We added a welcoming front patio and a dramatic walkway that draws you in, flanked by formal foundation plantings to complement the traditional façade. Materials were carefully selected to honor the home’s history, such as bluestone countertops, a copper spa, and decorative railings recreated to match the deck.

The transformation comes alive in the backyard, where we removed overgrown junipers to flood the new lawn with natural light and open up the space. We designed a large outdoor entertainment area featuring a spacious brick kitchen decked to echo the home’s chimney, a large dining patio, a vegetable garden, a lush lawn, and a recessed spa with an outdoor shower. Close collaboration with the homeowner ensured that every detail, from the expanded upper deck to the ancient Italian paving stones the owner brought in for the side walkway, fit seamlessly with the home's historic character.
